Nice. Why dont you use youtube for the videos. Its faster and more compatible with blogger. Plus it has the killer feature of 'stop download'. Which is essential when you have several videos on the same page.
Maybe have a face collage at the top on in the background. And a facebook widget, google+ widget, like buttons and things like that will make it even better.
